Re4mat Inc. SMS Privacy Policy

Re4mat Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy governs the SMS system alerts sent via our internal GoAnywhere MFT platform.
1. DATA COLLECTION: We collect mobile numbers only from authorized employees and contractors of Re4mat Inc. who manually provide them for system monitoring purposes.
2. PURPOSE: Messages are strictly for administrative system alerts, file processing notifications, and account security.
3. NO SHARING CLAUSE: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. OPT-OUT: Users can text STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance at any time.
