Re4mat Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy governs the SMS system alerts sent via our internal GoAnywhere MFT platform.

We collect mobile phone numbers only from authorized Re4mat Inc. employees and contractors who voluntarily provide their number for internal system monitoring and alerting purposes.
2. PURPOSE OF SMS MESSAGES
SMS messages are used exclusively for administrative system alerts, file processing notifications, and account‑related security notifications. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
3. USE AND SHARING OF INFORMATION
We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers may be shared only with subcontractors who provide internal support services (such as IT or security operations). SMS opt‑in data and consent information are never shared with any third parties outside of operational service providers.
4. MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND COST
Message frequency varies based on system activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
5. OPT‑OUT AND HELP
You may opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP.
